Deviations Block

Hi Jachym,
i've given an eye to % column on rain deviations block.
How are percentage differences calculated?
Because it seems all to be wronged.



Rain average in Octber is 148mm.
Rainfall of October was 4.8mm.
Percentage difference is -96.7%

Same thing on September.
Rain average in September is 93mm.
Rainfall of September was 171.6mm.
Percentage difference is +84.52%

I.e. it rained only 3.2% of the normal - this is how it is reported in meteorology, it is not the difference, it is the proportion/ratio of normal
