warningsEUregions vs warningEU

Q1: warningsEUregions seems to be working, warningsEU is NOT working, atleast not for me.
Q2: Is it possible to narrow those warning down to regions, like for me it would be: https://www.meteoalarm.eu/auto/0/0/NO003-Rogaland.html

Hi,
the narrowing down would be too much time-consuming because the meteoalarm webpage and feed are not consistent so it would have to be done almost region by region.

Did it never work or does it sometimes not work?

Because Meteoalarm is extremely unsable, the page is often not responding. If it was never working then there could be other problem

it never works, what i noticed today there is no warningsEU.txt in the cachefolder
