Post by Edderton_Weather » Mon Dec 04, 2017 9:19 pm

Hi I seem to have another problem

The world extreme plug just has a very small map which I can not make any bigger.
Just copied over to /plugin folder and used default setting nothing changed?

Any Ideas ?

Many thanks

I also see the correct map if I use Internet Explorer, but just a tiny, tiny map if I use Google Chrome. Probably not easy to figure out what is happening, but at least two of us have the same issue.

It is looking like a browser compatibility matter. From my checks:

Edge - Yes
IE - Yes
FF - No
Safari - Yes, but squished
Opera- Yes
Maxthon - Yes
Chrome - No

Where 'Yes' = full map 'No' = Tiny map

Interesting, I use Chrome almost exclusively and I see the entire map and no errors in the console. I also tried FF and no problems.

Strange, try CTRL+F5, that should reset the cache

CTRL+F5 didn't work. But what is also interesting is that if I go to your site Jachym, and click on the World Extremes plugin, then it is working as it should, even though I'm using Chrome, but it is not working on my site.

The main problem is that I see it ok even on your site, so there is no way I can try to find the problem. For me there is none

For me on a Mac with Safari it is OK. With Chrome it is small.
