Server migrated to new SS gauges no longer work

My hosting site just switched servers on me an now my SS gauges no longer work.
When I use the test function from the template Admin page everything has a green check box.

I know I am missing something stupid.

is /template/homepage/blocks/ssGauges/ssGaugesBlock.php actually there? I see the Config.txt and index.php is, but get 404 trying to call it alone.

I can't find anything wrong really. I think it fails at the mysql portion of the php, which could be because the mysql data is too old or an issue with the migration.

You should have a cron job calling update/update.php, is it still active ( maybe it was deactivated during the server migration )?
The cache/apiLog.txt timestamp is 2021-09-18 08:00:42 ( your local time ) this means that api.php has not been called ( by update/update.php ) since then.

Do Have my page showing online now but still no update to SS Gauges.

Have sent email to my web host.

Rewrote the cron job, now its working....

The cache/apiCache.txt ( which logs the values to be written in the database, it is cleared every 5 minutes ) shows the last 3
calls to api.php where on ( your local time ) :
"2021-09-21 23:46:03",
"2021-09-21 23:47:53",
"2021-09-21 23:47:53"

Waiting on my hosting site.
Cron job is correct, and will execute with success if manually run.
Something on my hosting site is not allowing for that. I have placed a service ticket with them.

Funny Meteotemplate has been running for years without issue. When you run into one, you forget what you did to set it up in the first place.

SOLVED:

Not sure what the issue was, something my hosting site did, but up and running now.
They had me write the cron job differently, but that still did not correct it.
ended up with the original cron job.

Go figure.

I have several meteotemplate web sites one of which I have just migrated to a new host.
Everything works apart from the ssGauges ...they do not load at all.
I have gone through all the posts on this forum and to me there is no obvious answer.
I have reinstalled bith the ssGauges block and steelseries plugin.
Any suggestions ?
