Snow Block: Comments display issue

Post by MonyMony » Sun Dec 10, 2017 5:42 pm

When using the snow block and adding the comment '0.28" melted', the block appears to have problems with the double-quote which just so happens is also a short-hand way to represent inches.

I can work-around this by just writing 'in' instead of the double-quote but wanted to put the alert to the display issue.

Just to add it looks like the problem is how the information is getting added to SQL:

Try using HTML codes instead

I will give that a shot.

Also noticed that the comments for the current day is with the "Depth" but for yesterday it is with the "Snowfall". Minor but these should probably by consistent on where they are associated, either both with the snowfall or the total depth.

No joy... code just gets dropped when you click SAVE.
