I have an odd issue. I installed the Windy block and in block setup it shows the update icon, my homepage shows the update icon, and I can't get the block to appear on my page.
Any ideas?

Re: WIndy
Windy block shows on my page. When I log in the version checker tells me I need to update the block. When I go to the block setup it shows I am using version 0.0 and update 1.0 is available. There also seems to be a namespace issue in that it doesn't come up in the homepage setup, but when the namespace is typed in the block works for me.

Re: WIndy
I edited my last post. Are you using namespace 'windy' on the homepage setup? When I use that the block works. But, the version checker is still incorrect.

Re: WIndy
I think the issue is that there is a missing " in the windyConfig.txt file, right after the word map.
Currently
{"version":1.0,"name":"Windy map,"namespace":"windy"}
I think it should be
{"version":1.0,"name":"Windy map","namespace":"windy"}
Changing that has fixed the problem for me.

Re: WIndy
Hello everyone, I had the same problem last night.
I made the same correction.
windyConfig.txt must contain:
{"version": 1.0, "name": "Windy map", "namespace": "windy"}
Have a good day.

Re: WIndy
I’ve noticed that when you press play to the left of the timeline at the bottom of the map the relevant dates and times are not displayed on a mobile device. This is the same within the block and the new bootstrap mobile page.
For example if I view this block on an iPad the times show correctly, but are missing on an iPhone. Similarly on an iPad you can click or scroll the timeline to jump along but this isn’t the case on my phone.

Hi,
this is a Windy widget, the actual content of the widget is 100% under control of Windy page, so if there is a bug like this you would need to email them
