Last block version is 3.6 ( with only minor modifications, removed global options in highcharts which may conflict with other charts ) I tested your settings in ver 3.3d1 and following and it seems to work ok. I just installed it to test it and it works perfectly. Luckily I was not affected by the rain issue.
Changed colors etc. and working.
The only thing is to change the icons of the PM, since they are all the same. Nothing important
